Door to Door Deliveries
Some deliveries require more than to be simply loaded on a truck at supplier’s factory and delivered to customer`s warehouse, so we offer also “door to door” transportation! This service involves organization of the entire delivery process including pick-up and delivery with distribution truck, crane unloading, or other services occasionally needed.
So, it does not matter whether the cargo needs to be delivered to a large factory or a small cafe – it will arrive at its destination same safely and quickly.
Distribution
Does your cargo leave Latvia in one truck to reach ten different destinations in Finland?
No problem – we will take care of distribution, storage, repackaging, labeling and delivery in the shortest time. If your cargo cannot be delivered by standard truck with trailer, we can deliver smaller shipments by smaller transport from minibus with 1-ton capacity to 12-tons trucks with cargo lift.
Fixed Time Deliveries
If your cargo should arrive at its destination at the right time – not later or sooner, we can offer fixed-time delivery guaranteeing optimal costs and precise timing.
Among our customers, this service is often chosen by construction companies, as well as companies manufacturing furniture for supermarkets and hotels. This way, they can avoid the worry about having to pay for downtime of the construction site workers or furniture fitters.
Express deliveries
If you customer requires cargo at unloading place urgently and cannot wait for it to be delivered by standard service, we can offer express delivery where your load is normally loaded by dedicated truck or van. Warehousing and Storage Services
Along with transportation services, we do offer a storage services at our terminals in Riga, Liepaja, Vilnius, Kaunas, Tallinn, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Helsinki, as well as at our extensive network of partner warehouses in other cities of Scandinavia.
Our partner warehouses are located in all major cities of Scandinavia so that your cargo could quickly and safely reach even most remote location of the map.
We guarantee that our warehouse will be located within 100 kilometers of your chosen destination.
In warehouses we split up your cargo for a delivery to a multiple destinations, store it for the fixed delivery service, or simply store it for the time you might need it.
Customs Services
Incoterms, HS codes and customs procedures? We know everything about it!
Our experienced customs brokers will ensure the successful transit of your cargo, skillfully completing all the required formalities.
We will prepare transit documents, export and import declarations, as well as calculate import taxes. In case of need we will perform temporal export of a customs cargo, as well as cargo storage at customs warehouse.
Insurance
All our cargoes are insured automatically. This is secured by the CMR and NSAB 2000 regulations, which we strictly follow. However, these terms limit carrier liability with the value of 8.33 SDR (approximately EUR 8) per kilogram. If the real value of the cargo exceeds this level, we recommend that you consider an additional insurance and we can offer that too.
In cooperation with our partner, the experienced insurance company BALTA, we offer to insure your cargo against the damage or loss of value, as well as any other risks and accidents that may arise due to human actions or natural disasters.
Non-standard Cargo
Agricultural machinery, building structures or granite blocks – if your cargo have a non-standard size or tonnage, this is no cause for the concern. We know a way to deliver it.
We have transported even helicopters, as well as an oil extraction equipment, so we can safely carry loads, that are wider than 2.5m, taller than 2.6m, longer than 13.6m and heavier than 24t.
